Student Anik Celebrates Scholarship

Congratulations to one of our students, Anik Dole (Year 13), who has received a sports scholarship from Springfield College, MA in the USA, to study International Business Management. 

Anik is a keen athlete and he has chosen Springfield for its resources as well as the support available. Anik, his family and FirstPoint staff are thrilled for Anik and are all very proud.

His parents said, "Anik has always been a very ambitious boy, and he has been very keen in following his dream of heading off to the USA for studies where the potential for Track & Field is pretty big. Once he sets his mind on something, even if he falls behind at times, he does not lose focus of his goal and perseveres regardless, which is his strength. Springfield offers the right combination of balance in studies and sports, with a very focused training and development program for young athletes alongside their studies; their sport & fitness facilities are vast and very impressive. Anik couldn't have chosen a better Uni than Springfield for his higher studies, and he is looking forward to moving to the US to complete his education once his visa formalities have been successfully completed."
